Northwestern Medicine in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Nursing Clinical Coordinator for a 0.6 FTE, non-exempt role. You will provide leadership support to the nurse manager, oversee staffing and program operations, and ensure quality patient care across shifts.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Illinois RN license, CRRN eligibility within 6 months, and BLS. You will lead staff, participate in interviewing, budget monitoring, and performance improvement activities to uphold standards.

- Bachelor's degree required and current Illinois RN license.
- CRRN required within 6 months of hire date or eligibility.
- Maintains current AHA BLS Provider certification.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Provides leadership support to nurse manager for unit daily and program management.
- Monitors staffing, operational and care needs to ensure resources for quality patient care.
- Maintains safe staffing levels through just-in-time recruitment.
- Assists nursing manager with scheduling, evaluations and staff interviews.
