Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a 0.6FTE Nursing Clinical Coordinator to lead unit daily management and program oversight. You will work under the nursing manager to ensure staffing, budget adherence, and quality patient care across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, an Illinois RN license, and CRRN within 6 months. Strong leadership, communication, and PC-based skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Current Illinois RN license.
CRRN required within 6 months of hire or eligibility.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership support to nurse manager for unit daily management and program management.
Monitors nursing staffing and resources to ensure quality patient care.
Maintains safe staffing levels and assists with staff scheduling and evaluations.
Assists with interviews and staff development.
Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
