Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies.
• Reviews complaints and grievances and reports to Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies.
• Assists in developing assessments of nursing needs for residents.
• Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
• Encourages staff to attend outside training programs.
