Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Team Leader in a modified primary care setting.
• Provide regular resident status updates to appropriate personnel.
• Supervise Nurse Techs/Clinical Nurses and participate in evaluations.
• Develop and document individualized care plans for residents.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure adequate coverage.
