Job summary

Vivo Healthcare University in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends. You will plan, develop, and direct nursing services for residents on the unit assigned.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing staff grievances, maintaining supplies, and assigning nursing duties. The role requires 1 year of RN/LPN experience and a Florida license, with AHCA background screening.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN/LPN experience.
• Current Florida RN or LPN license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• AHCA background screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team on weekends with planning, development, and direction of services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Review complaints and grievances and report to Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintain adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Develop preliminary/comprehensive assessments of residents’ nursing needs.
• Make nursing/aide assignments and encourage staff training participation.
