Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current RN license (state or compact) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of care.
• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and resolve flow issues.
• Ensure effective communication among physicians, patients, families, and hospital departments; manage handoffs and unit huddles.
