Community Health Systems seeks a Nurse Leader to serve as RN Charge in the Emergency Department. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care with medical teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety, and high-quality care delivery during day shifts. Requires nursing licensure, BLS, and ED experience.

Formación

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Proficiency with hospital information systems and clinical documentation tools.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple patients, priorities, and urgent situations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing and support staff on assigned shifts.
• Oversees patient care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinates with physicians and teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ensures adherence to safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
• Leads unit handoffs, rounds, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitors resource use and staff performance; provides coaching.
