Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinates with healthcare teams to optimize patient flow.
• Maintains clear communication among physicians, patients, families, and departments.
• Monitors bed assignments and resource utilization.
• Performs rounding to assess care delivery and patient satisfaction.
