Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN Clinical Charge Nurse to oversee daily unit operations, provide clinical leadership, and supervise staffing during an assigned shift to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will coordinate patient flow, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, support performance improvement, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Baccalaureate preferred).
• Valid nursing license (multi-state or single-state as applicable).
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred or as specified.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; 2 years preferred, with clinical leadership experience valued.
• Strong clinical expertise, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
• Perform or oversee the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities.
• Manage resources such as equipment and staffing to support patient care needs.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Mentor and serve as a role model for staff, fostering professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
