Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or a health related field from a nationally accredited program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops unit/department goals, objectives, policies and procedures and ensures compliance with hospital/entity policies and guidelines.
• Maintains effective relationships across disciplines to ensure delivery of quality patient care and efficient throughput.
• Performs performance management, sets expectations, and conducts annual reviews for unit staff.
