Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates a professional practice atmosphere and mentorship to support associates.
• Builds collaborative relationships across the inter-professional health care team.
• Manages unit-based budget and ensures adequate resources for safe patient care.
• Provides clinical leadership and supports Magnet/Pathways to Excellence initiatives.
• Oversees recruitment, coaching, and development of associates.
• Participates in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
