Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor/Manager to oversee day-to-day infusion clinic operations and lead clinical staff. You will mentor nurses and medical assistants, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high-quality patient care across the infusion clinics.

You will collaborate with the Operations Leader and Director, manage staffing, and guide teams to deliver exceptional infusion services while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Bridge plan to BSN must be completed within 24 months if BSN not yet held.
• BLS Certification required.
• CRNI certification within 12 months of position.
• Minimum 3 years of infusion care experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise medical assistants, infusion nurses, and infusion providers; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Create staffing schedules; monitor time cards; optimize clinic throughput.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance and patient safety across the clinic.
• Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings; foster open, engaging collaboration.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and medications within the infusion clinic.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff; support professional development.
• See patients as a supervisor and clinician; ensure services meet standards and regulations.
• Oversee patient care coordination and infusion clinic operations.
