Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead daily patient care on a 12-hour day shift. You will direct assigned nursing personnel, oversee clinical operations, and help implement hospital philosophy and patient care goals.

The role requires a valid RN license, 2+ years of RN experience, BLS, ACLS or completion within 6 months, and CRRN eligibility. Preferred: supervisory experience and BSN.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license required.
• Two or more years of RN experience.
• Certified BLS required.
• ACLS certification or completion in the first 6 months of employment.
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.
• One or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and oversee nursing care.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care and collaborate for continuity of care under CNO guidance.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients and families.

Schedule: Full-Time Day / 12 hour shifts (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $48.11 - $63.00 hourly (Based on Experience) + $3 weekend Shift Differential

Responsibilities

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Valid State RN License required
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Certified BLS required
• Certified ACLS or completion in the first 6 months of employment required
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
