Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for our Marlton, NJ campus. The role involves directing nursing staff, delivering patient care per hospital standards, and coordinating with leadership under the Chief Nursing Officer.

The position is full-time with day shifts and 12-hour rotations, including some weekend coverage. Qualifications include an active RN license in good standing, 2+ years of RN experience, BLS, ACLS (or completion within 6 months), and CRRN

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Certified BLS required.
• Certified ACLS or completion in the first 6 months of employment required.
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Position: Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Location: 92 Brick Road, Marlton, NJ 08053

Schedule: Full-Time Day / 12 hour shifts (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $48.11 - $63.00 hourly (Based on Experience) + $3 weekend Shift Differential

Minimum Requirements

• Valid State RN License required

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
