Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation located in Chester, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7 PM–7:30 AM). Compensation ranges from $46.00 to $61.93 per hour plus shift differential.

The role involves admissions, patient assessment, EPIC documentation, and collaboration with Nursing Assistants to execute patient care plans. Minimum requirements include a valid NJ RN license and BLS at hire; BSN or enrollment is preferred, with opportunities for clinical ladder

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: 201 Pleasant Hill, Chester, NJ (Morris County)

Schedule: Full-Time, Nights 7PM-7:30AM (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $46.00/Hour - $61.93/Hour (Based on Experience)+ Shift Differential

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.
