UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliation with Select Medical is seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) in Gainesville, FL. The role is full-time day shift, with compensation ranging from $38.64 to $52.00 per hour based on experience.

You will lead nursing staff, oversee patient care, and collaborate with leadership to uphold standards. Responsibilities include directing nursing personnel, ensuring documentation in EPIC, and maintaining high-quality care under the Chief Nursing

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire/promotion.

Position: Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Gainesville, FL Schedule: Full-Time - Day shift

Compensation: $38.64 - $52.00/hr. (based on experience)

Responsibilities

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

• Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Preferred qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• CRRN preferred
