UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliation with Select Medical is seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) in Gainesville, FL. The role is full-time day shift, with compensation ranging from $38.64 to $52.00 per hour based on experience.

You will lead nursing staff, oversee patient care, and collaborate with leadership to uphold standards. Responsibilities include directing nursing personnel, ensuring documentation in EPIC, and maintaining high-quality care under the Chief Nursing

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel as a resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care aligned with hospital philosophy.
• Maintain standards of patient care and coordinate with team for continuity of care under CNO guidance.
• Support patient goals and milestones on care plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret lab, telemetry, and diagnostic data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
