Job summary

Complete Care at Arbors is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the clinical team on a 3-11PM shift. You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and adherence to regulatory guidelines, with a path for career advancement within a values-driven culture. Full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required
• Computer knowledge and experience using PCC

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care tasks
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed
• Ensure staff perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
