Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor for a 3-11pm shift to lead the clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes a compassionate, collaborative environment and adherence to guidelines while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or subacute setting preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and monitor medications, blood draws, and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
