Job summary
State of Indiana's Evansville Psychiatric Children's Center seeks a Program Administration & Management professional to lead nursing staff and coordinate care delivery. You will help set program goals, oversee implementation of care plans, and serve on facility committees to improve outcomes.
Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor's nursing degree, an active Indiana RN license, CPR, and supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license in Indiana and CPR certification.
- Experience supervising nursing staff and leading teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical leadership for nursing personnel to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and objectives.
- Oversee development and implementation of program-specific needs and therapeutic outcomes.
- Serve on facility committees and communicate with other disciplines to coordinate care.
- Lead in emergency response situations and monitor compliance with policies.
