Job summary

Universal Health Services, Bloomington Meadows Hospital, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to join our behavioral health team in Indiana. This registered nurse provides clinical leadership, coordinates patient care, and ensures policy compliance across units, collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager.

You will oversee nursing staff during assigned shifts, assist in programmatic issues, and act as primary contact for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric hospital settings or related professional setting.
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Additional Requirements: CPR/AED/First Aid certification, non-violent physical crisis intervention completion & appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining process. Must pass a medication administration exam.
