Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional behavioral health experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Licensed or certified professionals per state requirements (e.g., addiction or mental health).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to assigned staff and programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QM measures and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure integrated services and appropriate referrals.
