Qualificações

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing.
• 4+ years of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under a physician's plan of care.
• Supervises, monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing care.
• Coordinates on-call responsibilities and maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Develops and participates in continuing education and orientation programs.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates to managers.
