Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing and RN license required.
• 4 years of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient rights.
• Strong clinical data analytics skills to measure processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient care operations and coordinate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing care quality; include in-home evaluations when appropriate.
• Review nursing care plans and guide staff to modify plans as needed.
• Coordinate on-call responsibilities and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support staff through continuing education and orientation programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate with management.
• Participate in infection prevention and process improvement teams.
