Option Care Health in Ridgewood, NY, seeks a Nursing Supervisor - Field Operations to lead clinical management for home infusion patients and supervise field staff. The role requires RN licensure in the practicing state, CPR certification, and supervisory experience.

Travel up to 50% within state is possible. Responsibilities include ensuring compliant nursing plans, managing daily operations, and participating in program development and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a license in the current state of practice with 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or at least 3 years of relevant nursing experience with demonstrated progression.
• Required certification in CPR.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Competent in the clinical management of home infusion patients including Patient management skills and the Nursing Process.
• Supervises, monitors, and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
• Reviews and monitors Nursing Care Plans and directs staff to modify the plan as needed.
• Acts as Administrator/Director of Nursing in absence of a director for Medicare certified agencies.
• Manages daily activities to ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation entities.
• Participates in assessment, management, and reporting of nursing operational and financial data.
• Develops education and orientation programs; assists in recruitment and development of staff.
• Coordinates on-call responsibilities and maintains patient confidentiality.
