You will establish scheduling patterns, maintain attendance logs, coordinate coverage for absences and emergencies, assist with payroll-related tasks, and ensure safety and infection prevention standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in health care setting required.
• Scheduling experience in medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff nursing department scheduling patterns and shifts.
• Maintain attendance logs for all staff.
• Coordinate securing nursing staff for planned absences and emergencies.
• Assist with timesheets and payroll discrepancies.
• Manage PRN pool to meet coverage needs.
• Communicate attendance issues to DON and HR.
• Uphold safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties to support the organization.
