Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or current state clinical licensure, or 4 years relevant experience.
• Acute care setting experience preferred.
• Able to work in a PRN/as-needed capacity with flexible scheduling.

• Monitors patient progress and ensures timely care through records.
• Participates in discharge planning and identifies barriers to outcomes.
