Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Two years of relevant administrative, scheduling, or healthcare support experience
• Proficiency with computer applications and scheduling systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Associate's Degree in a related field
• Experience with healthcare staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll systems
• Previous experience supporting hospital or healthcare operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for hospital-based nursing departments, including float and flex pools
• Monitor shift-by-shift staffing variances and ensure appropriate team member placement
• Utilize staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping systems to coordinate staffing resources and payroll-related activities
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and operations to identify staffing needs and implement adjustments
• Provide administrative support and data compilation for staffing processes
