Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Staffing Office Scheduler to manage day-to-day staffing and scheduling operations. The role involves collecting census data, deploying staff across shifts, and maintaining unit schedules in the Laborworkx system.

You will communicate absences, follow staffing grids, and support nursing units while ensuring policy compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must be able to multitask using the phone and scheduling program.
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills with customers via phone and computer.

Responsibilities

Collects incremental census information and related data from each clinical unit at predetermined intervals.
Uses staffing protocols and decision trees to deploy staff on all shifts for nursing units.
Maintains all unit schedules in the Laborworkx system and communicates employee absences.
Assigns adequate staffing days in accordance with policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
