EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA, seeks a Nursing Resources Leader to manage evening operations and staffing across ancillary departments supporting clinical care. You will ensure optimal resource allocation, partner with Nursing Operations, and act as a liaison for multiple departments.

Responsibilities include supervising Float Pool RNs and Unit Techs, coordinating staffing, and improving operational effectiveness. A BSN is required with leadership experience in inpatient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• 3 years of experience in an acute inpatient care setting.
• 2 years of leadership experience in an inpatient care setting.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington OR holding an NLC license.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association by start date.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Oversees daily operations for Nursing Resources, including Float Pool RNs and Unit Techs, Staffing Office, Transport, Virtual Patient Observation, and Administrative House Supervisors.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership to anticipate workforce needs and fill staff vacancies for multiple services.
• Standardizes staffing practices and contributes to patient care operations across divisions.
• Troubleshoots surges in patient capacity and improves throughput.
• Supervises staff including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and time-off approvals.
• Ensures compliance with EvergreenHealth policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and manages staffing schedules to meet coverage and operational needs.
