Harborview Health Systems is seeking a Staff Coordinator/Scheduler to manage nursing staff schedules and minimize overtime. You will ensure regulatory compliance and timely coverage for all shifts while supporting onboarding processes.

Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care).
- Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
- CNA or CMA certification in GA is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs).
- Manage the reduction of overtime, and ensure timekeeping accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts.
- Respond promptly to call-outs and find appropriate coverage to avoid staffing gaps.
- Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts.
