Job summary

The Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage unit staffing needs, coordinate schedules with agencies, and maintain time/attendance records. The role ensures 24-hour nursing coverage and compliant PTO processing in a busy sub-acute and long‑term care facility.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of clerical experience, proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills for collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of clerical experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Receives call-outs and secures substitute staff during assigned shifts.
• Notifies unit of call-outs and coordinates with agencies.
• Maintains nursing records and time/ attendance documentation.
• Ensures adequate 24-hour coverage across units.
• Tracks PTO requests and time off accruals.
• Posts and maintains Resident Care Staffing Reports as required.
