Job summary

The position focuses on productive, cost-effective scheduling, real-time adjustments, and ongoing staffing forecasts to avoid emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling support for assigned departments, collaborating with CNO and leadership.
• Meet schedule posting deadlines per hospital policy or CBA.
• Forecast staffing needs and adjust daily staffing as needed to prevent emergencies.
• Review and approve supplemental agency personnel requests and swift placement decisions.
• Ensure agency personnel have complete compliance files in the VMS and reconcile invoices with Finance.
