Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet guest needs and regulations.
• Maintains master schedule and log of all clinical staff scheduled hours.
• Secures coverage for vacancy shifts, open positions, vacations and call-offs.
• Assists payroll with accuracy and verification of all hours worked by nursing staff.
• Responds to call lights promptly and communicates with guests and staff.
• Participates in departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
