Craig Hospital is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate coverage for nursing positions, maintain staffing records, and support department needs at the Englewood campus. The role focuses on data-driven scheduling, efficient communication, and teamwork to ensure 7-day coverage and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in staffing offices, a high school diploma, and strong data handling, organization, and customer service skills to meet hospital objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to compile data, analyze data and make decisions aligned with hospital objectives.
• Excellent organization and customer service skills are needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and schedule deadlines.
• Strong communication with a variety of personnel is required.
• Advanced team-building, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication are expected.
• Strong accuracy, dependability and attention to detail are essential.
• Basic knowledge of extracting information from database systems preferred.
• Problem-solving, judgment and flexibility are valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of job duties and current treatment trends through department meetings and in-services.
• Reviews staff schedules and makes recommendations to accommodate needs.
• Generates management reports for Nursing Leadership as directed.
• Reviews agency billing for accuracy and efficiency.
• Promotes collaboration and teamwork; provides timely feedback and conflict resolution.
• Maintains and distributes records of schedules, PTO, leaves, and employee status.
