Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of day-to-day nursing activities on assigned unit(s) and shift.
• Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to promote quality outcomes and innovation.
• Allocate staff resources based on patient needs and acuity.
• Complete staffing assignments and monitor unit coverage for fairness.
