Qualifications

• Minimum of one of the following required: related coursework beyond high school; experience in a healthcare environment; experience with complex administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain staff schedules and daily assignments.
• Manage staff call-outs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Coordinate orientation schedules for new team members.
• Adjust staffing based on census, workload, and acuity.
• Serve as a primary resource for staffing and scheduling systems.
• Partner with leadership to determine staffing needs and priorities.
• Track staffing trends and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Support training, systems implementation, and process maintenance.
