Craig Hospital is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate coverage for nursing positions and maintain staffing records at our Englewood, CO campus. The role includes reviewing schedules and collaborating with the Staffing Office Nurse Leader to meet department needs, managing PTO and education leaves, and generating nursing leadership reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of staffing office experience.
• Ability to compile data, analyze data, and make decisions that support department and hospital objectives, using data.
• Excellent organization and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coverage for nursing positions and maintain staffing records.
• Review staff schedules and recommend hires to meet FTE needs.
• Audit PTO and education leave requests and escalate questions.
• Generate management reports for Nursing Leadership as directed.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of personnel to support department goals.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for co-workers, patients, families and visitors.
