Ingleside at Rock Creek in Northwest Washington DC seeks a Full-Time Nursing Staff Scheduler with proven UKG Pro experience to manage nursing schedules in a Senior Living Community. Rate starts at $20.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience.

The role prepares 4-week schedules, validates bi-weekly timekeeping for payroll, and supports daily staffing across three shifts. Requires a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year related experience, plus proficiency with scheduling software and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience preferred or equivalent
• Experience using UKG Pro for staffing and payroll
• Experience in nursing staff scheduling and timekeeping
• Strong communication with residents, visitors and staff
• Excellent organization and documentation accuracy

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master staffing schedules for all nursing units
• Prepare 4-week schedules across all three shifts and distribute to units
• Generate weekly staff vacancies reports
• Maintain updated staff calendars and records of leave and call-offs
• Coordinate payroll-related timekeeping and PTO tracking
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and notify nursing supervisors of changes
• Record performance appraisals and ensure timely documentation
• Provide receptionist duties and handle incoming calls as needed
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety procedures
