Job summary

Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a UKG Staffing Coordinator to support the nursing team. This role handles data entry, staffing schedules, and changes in the UKG Workforce system to ensure accurate and timely staffing.

You will collaborate with management, monitor attendance, coordinate new hire orientations, and help deliver an efficient scheduling process that aligns with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Experience of 1+ year in staff scheduling required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to establish an effective scheduling system for call-offs, overtime, and reporting callouts.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, scheduled hours, and per diem requirements for PRN staff.
• Schedule orienting staff with preceptors for new hire orientation.
• Present the Schedule Management information during new hire orientation.
• Date entry and management of UKG Workday timekeeping system.
