Job summary

Coronado Care Center, a long-term care facility, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing services and support the Director of Nursing in maintaining quality care.

The role requires an RN or LPN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and 5+ years in long-term or acute care with at least 2 years in supervision. Join a dedicated team focused on resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license in the state practiced
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing required
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates total care plans for each resident per physician orders and policies.
• Interprets and enforces nursing policies and procedures with staff.
• Participates in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
• Participates in daily/weekly management meetings to review status and concerns.
• Ensures compassionate quality care and adequate staff coverage with clean facilities and proper maintenance.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
