You will coordinate care planning, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring staffing and safety standards across the facility.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Must hold a current RN license in this state and CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and understand procedures.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing service operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans and discharge planning.
• Lead nursing staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline fairly.
• Participate in quality assurance and committee meetings.
• Ensure staffing levels meet daily care needs.
• Monitor medication administration and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
