Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure policies and procedures are current and followed.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and administration as needed.
• Attend to quality assurance and regulatory inspections.
• Staff scheduling and assignment to ensure adequate coverage.
• Prepare reports and communicate with administrators and residents' families.
