Job summary

Coronado Care Center is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing services for residents. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure adherence to physician orders, and partner with the Director of Nursing to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans for each resident according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Interpret and communicate nursing policies and procedures to staff; monitor adherence.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents as needed.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status and staffing.
• Ensure compassionate, high-quality care with adequate staff coverage and clean, safe conditions.
• Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
