Job summary

Ocean Gardens Care Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the Nursing Department in planning, organizing, and directing programs and activities in accordance with federal, state, local guidelines and accepted standards of practice. You will work under the RN Manager and Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in long-term care, knowledge of MDS and care plans, and the ability to supervise and coach nursing staff while maintaining

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state.
• BSN or related health care field preferred.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
• PRI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee shifts to ensure quality care.
• Conduct staff orientation and performance evaluations.
• Identify educational needs and provide inservice training.
• Coordinate and monitor care plans and resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
