Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and an active RN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Direct nursing services and participate in policy/procedure updates.
• Participate in quality assurance, surveys, and committee activities.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required and plan care.
• Monitor medication passes and ensure compliance with procedures.
