Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification and continuing education/licensing required.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with facility rules and guidelines.
• Plan shifts, services, programs and activities with staff and support personnel.
• Lead nursing staff rounds, develop discharge plans, and ensure QA program updates.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance with policies.
