Job summary

MARIONVALLEY in is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your shift, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and maintaining the highest quality of care for residents. You will work under the DON/ADON as applicable to uphold regulatory requirements.

You will participate in committees, develop and update policies, and coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support seamless resident care and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care during your tour of duty.
• Assist in directing day-to-day nursing functions in accordance with current rules and guidelines.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating nursing policies and procedures.
