Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current valid RN or LPN license in good standing with the state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day nursing functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Participate in staffing planning and performance evaluations.
• Oversee nursing service documentation and discharge planning.
• Attend committees and coordinate with other resident services.
