Qualificações

• Must hold a valid Kansas nursing license in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, administer and record care for residents; supervise nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with residents' care plans and physicians.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal requirements, infection control and safety.
• Replace nursing staff as needed and assist in nursing services when staffing is tight.
• Communicate effectively with families and physicians about resident progress.
